Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility on travel, with some shifts requiring driving or public transport access
  • A good standard of English and effective communication skills
  • An enhanced DBS, which can be applied for upon registration
