Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Course Administrator to join our Training and Development department. As a Course Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and administration of training courses across the Trust.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Team Administrator, Learning and Development Adviser, and other Training team members in implementing, coordinating, and monitoring training programs.
- Administer the Learning Management system.
- Manage all administration for in-house training, including joining instructions and confirmation letters, attendance lists, and generating statistics and reports on training activity as and when required.

Requirements
