Job Overview

The Therapy Administration Team is in search of a part-time administrator to enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will serve as a coordinator and liaison within the Therapy Assisted Discharge Service (TADS) and the administrative team of Therapies.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties encompass maintaining activity databases, managing communications with the community team, processing referrals, handling equipment orders, organizing meetings, and overseeing healthcare records and caseload administration.

Qualifications

Essential Criteria

  • GCSE or Equivalent in Maths and English
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience and Knowledge

  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience
  • Proven ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
  • Experience in reception and telephone operations

  • Familiarity with community health and social care services
