Job Overview
We are pleased to announce a full-time opportunity for a Medical Administration Coordinator within the Ear, Nose and Throat Department. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in administrative support, showcasing exceptional skills in personal assistance and secretarial duties. While familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. Proficiency in audio typing is crucial.
A flexible mindset is necessary to adapt to the evolving needs of our service. You should demonstrate outstanding typing abilities, effective communication, organizational prowess, and interpersonal skills. A professional telephone manner and a compassionate approach are essential. The ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines is a must.
Candidates selected for an interview will be required to complete a brief typing assessment.
Main Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be self-driven and capable of functioning in a dynamic and high-pressure environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are vital, along with a willingness to adapt to various tasks.
Relevant qualifications in secretarial work or audio typing are preferred, alongside previous experience in a similar role. Experience within the healthcare sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
