About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Golding Homes. As an Engagement Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping our future by providing administrative and organisational support for the delivery of engagement activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for the Customer Insight Group (CIG) and other Golding committees.
  • Coordinate customer volunteers involved with Golding Homes across services.
  • Collect feedback from customers by telephone and in person.
  • Support the coordination of meetings and awaydays, including collating and publishing meeting packs.
  • Assist the Customer Experience and Engagement Manager with preparing reports and updates on customer satisfaction and insight.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of providing administrative and organisational support.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment and with committees, including meeting organisation and minute taking.
  • Ability to produce detailed and accurate written, statistical and numerical information.
  • Understanding and knowledge of social housing, including regulation.

What We Offer

  • A 37 hour working week.
  • An annual salary of circa £26,300.
