Job Title: Academic and Communities Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Executive to join our team at Business Executive Coach. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering marketing initiatives and campaigns across the Southern region, providing general marketing and administrative support to the Regional Head of Marketing.

This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of marketing experience, looking to build on their skills across the full marketing mix, including online and offline events, social media, PR, copywriting, and advertising, as well as prospect and competitor research.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and coordinate effective marketing campaigns to support regional brand awareness and business development objectives, utilizing the full marketing mix as appropriate.
  • Support the development and maintenance of non-core sector/service lines to support smaller, but profitable areas of the business.
  • Research and maintain a calendar of external events and networking opportunities, promoting them internally to encourage attendance and regional engagement.
  • Maintain the regional marketing pages of the intranet to ensure they are up-to-date and support internal comms objectives.
  • Provide support for national and sector campaigns regionally.
  • Support social media activity and undertake competitor research and reporting.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of hands-on marketing experience.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience and aptitude for design.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work quickly and on multiple jobs at the same time.
