Role Overview:

We are currently on the lookout for a Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Fleet Department. This position is crucial in ensuring that all administrative and compliance tasks related to Material Handling Equipment (MHE) are executed with precision and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee compliance and service monitoring, including LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) bookings.
  • Manage MHE hire processes, ensuring accurate updates to our internal systems and registers.
  • Assist in the management of departmental communications and mailbox.
  • Stay informed on the latest news and procedural updates via the internal communication platform.
  • Support various projects as directed by the Fleet management team.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, for effective administration.
  • Bring prior experience in fleet administration to enhance operational efficiency.
