Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Administrator to become a vital part of our Fleet Administration team at Culina Group.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that compliance tasks are executed to the highest standards, fostering a positive work environment while delivering exceptional Fleet services.

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a designated lunch break.
The salary offered is £25,000.

As the chosen candidate, you will contribute significantly to the team's overall success and will report directly to the Fleet Administration Manager.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrator include:

  • Providing administrative assistance to the Fleet Management team and supporting the daily operations of a dynamic office environment.
  • Organizing and filing service documentation, including MOT, plating, and tachograph certificates, while ensuring all outstanding paperwork is followed up.
  • Collaborating with both internal and external departments to relay pertinent information.
  • Coordinating urgent callouts that require immediate attention.
  • Scheduling necessary tests for fuel trucks and tankers as needed.
  • Ensuring all vehicles meet legal service requirements.
  • Planning and organizing equipment inspections.
  • Maintaining standards that support the seamless operation of our business.
  • Updating and managing the MyFleet system.
  • Assisting with projects as directed by the Fleet management team.
  • Supporting Driverline calls during peak volumes.
  • Keeping the Group informed of any legal compliance obligations.
  • Performing any other reasonable administrative tasks as requested.

Required Qualifications

As an Administrator, you should possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • Minimum of GCSE qualifications or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with strong keyboard skills.
