About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MHE Administrator to join our Fleet Department team at Culina Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and fleet management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of MHE inventory, including logging defects and uploading repair details.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including LOLER bookings and monitoring.
  • Assist in the management of the MHE hire process, including monitoring and amending the in-house system and MHE register as necessary.
  • Input weekly ODO data and assist in the ordering of parts.
  • Provide administrative support to the Fleet management team, including managing the mailbox and updating MyFleet as necessary.
  • Shadow members of the MHE Team to learn and develop existing skills.
  • Assist in any projects as directed by the Fleet management team.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office suite knowledge, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Administration experience, preferably in a warehouse or fleet management environment.
  • GCSE standard or equivalent education.
  • Fleet Administration experience and knowledge of MHE.
