About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MHE Administrator to join our Fleet Department team at Culina Asset Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our MHE (Material Handling Equipment) administration and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Log and track defects with suppliers
  • Upload repair details and close down jobs on our in-house system
  • Chase suppliers for job updates and ensure timely completion
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with Service and LOLER regulations
  • Manage MHE hire and rental, including updating our in-house system and MHE register
  • Input weekly ODO (Operating Defect Observation) data
  • Order parts and materials as needed
  • Assist with managing our mailbox and responding to queries
  • Stay up-to-date with news and process updates on our CAM Intranet system
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments to communicate relevant information
  • Ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard, supporting the smooth operation of our business
  • Update and maintain our MyFleet system as necessary
  • Shadow members of the MHE Team to learn and develop your skills
  • Assist with projects as directed by the Fleet management team
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Outlook
  • Administration experience, preferably in a fleet or logistics environment
  • GCSE standard or equivalent education
  • Fleet administration experience and knowledge of MHE
