About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented MHE Administrator to join our Fleet Department team at Culina Asset Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our MHE (Material Handling Equipment) administration and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Log and track defects with suppliers, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Upload repair details and close jobs on our in-house system, maintaining accurate records and compliance.
  • Chase suppliers for job updates, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and manage compliance with Service and LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) requirements, ensuring our equipment is always in good working order.
  • Manage MHE hire, updating our in-house system and MHE register as necessary, to ensure efficient and effective equipment utilization.
  • Input weekly ODO (Operating Defect Observation) data, maintaining accurate records and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
  • Order parts and materials as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing downtime.
  • Assist in managing our mailbox, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with news items and process updates on our CAM Intranet system, ensuring you are always informed and compliant.
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments to communicate relevant information, fostering strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
  • Guarantee that all tasks are completed to a satisfactory standard, supporting the smooth operation of our business.
  • Update and maintain MyFleet as necessary, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Shadow members of the MHE Team, learning and developing your skills to become a valuable asset to our team.
  • Assist in projects as directed by the Fleet management team, demonstrating your ability to adapt and contribute to our goals.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required, within the scope of your pay grade.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Administration experience, with a focus on fleet management and MHE operations.
  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with a strong foundation in administration and logistics.
  • Fleet administration experience, with a focus on MHE operations and compliance.
  • MHE knowledge, with a strong understanding of equipment maintenance and repair.
