Join our dedicated Fleet Administration team at Culina Asset Management.

The Administrator will be instrumental in upholding compliance standards while providing outstanding service to our fleet operations. This position operates Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, inclusive of a one-hour lunch break. The salary for this role is £25,000.

In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the Fleet Administration Manager and assist with a variety of administrative responsibilities to ensure the seamless functioning of our operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrator include:

  • Deliver administrative assistance to the Fleet Management team
  • Organize and maintain essential documentation
  • Coordinate with both internal and external partners
  • Ensure vehicles receive timely servicing and inspections
  • Update records and systems as necessary
  • Support special projects and tasks as required
  • Manage Driverline inquiries during peak times

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of GCSE standard education or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a comparable role
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
