We are seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to enhance our international PreSales team. If you possess a passion for collaborating with potential clients and leveraging your banking knowledge to transform financial services, this role is tailored for you. As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will be instrumental in addressing business challenges and showcasing the benefits of the nCino solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to prospects and clients by facilitating and/or leading presales discussions, presentations, and solution development focused on nCino-specific functionalities.
- Serve as a Solution Consultant, conducting in-depth discovery sessions with prospects to uncover solutions for significant business challenges and pain points.
- Demonstrate Thought Leadership by providing expertise in credit and lending, property finance, and the broader banking and financial services landscape.
- Function as a Solution Specialist, delivering comprehensive product presentations and demonstrations to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries regarding functional capabilities while illustrating the value of the nCino solution.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across PreSales, Sales, Product, Partner, and Customer Success teams to achieve shared goals.
- Bring your expertise to the table by learning to configure the nCino solution, enhancing your technical acumen to translate user requirements into technical specifications and customize product demonstrations to emphasize nCino's value proposition.
Qualifications & Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking and financial services.
- A solid understanding of commercial finance, property and/or mortgage lending, banking processes, and credit environments.
- Proven track record of establishing strong relationships with prospects and clients across various cross-functional teams, particularly in a dynamic Sales environment.
- Outstanding communication and professional presentation skills, with the capability to engage and persuade large audiences and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to swiftly respond to complex situations and adapt to evolving circumstances.
Preferred Candidate Attributes
- In-depth knowledge of loan origination processes, credit risk management, regulatory standards, and/or product management within the lending sector.
- Experience with Salesforce, including usage and configuration.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
Travel Expectations
- This position may require up to 50% travel.
