Role Overview

As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience within a prestigious retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize all available CRM tools to enhance the client journey and assist the retail team in achieving their commercial objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison for CRM platforms, ensuring effective management and utilization.
  • Oversee the client database, providing support to retail locations in maintaining a 'CRM Mindset' for optimal data integrity.
  • Conduct regular reporting and analysis to assist the brand and retail teams in meeting their targets.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, BI, and PowerPoint, alongside CRM software.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of data protection regulations.
  • Exhibit flexibility in a dynamic team environment, adapting to various ad hoc projects as they arise.
  • Implement and monitor CRM guidelines and key performance indicators to support retail locations.
  • Develop a strategic CRM plan for new retail locations, focusing on database management and communication objectives in collaboration with headquarters.
  • Coordinate guest lists and recipient management for local and global events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Manage seasonal activation distributions and follow-ups, including welcome packs and holiday communications.
  • Integrate data insights with marketing strategies to enhance customer relationships.
  • Facilitate the rollout and management of Salesforce, ensuring effective use of allocated resources.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and advocate for CRM systems.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the client database.
  • Provide training to retail staff on ongoing data management practices.
  • Oversee inventory management for gifting initiatives.
  • Conduct daily sales reporting to ensure compliance with CRM and sales regulations.
  • Prepare monthly CRM reports, including client birthdays, top clients, new client acquisitions, and KPI updates.
  • Deliver regular CRM analysis to provide actionable insights, leveraging client intelligence to identify opportunities for relationship development.
  • Monitor and evaluate CRM performance, offering recommendations to enhance the customer portfolio and increase traffic.
