Position Overview

The Client Relationship Specialist role is vital in providing comprehensive support throughout the entire lifecycle of all client-related activities within the Digital Health division. This position primarily assists both the Client Engagement and Client Services teams, from proposal development to project implementation, as directed by the Management Team. All client-facing roles within Digital Health necessitate travel to client locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver client support throughout the entire lifecycle of a project, from Client Engagement to Client Services on Digital Health initiatives.
  • Assist the Client Engagement team with pre-sales activities, proposal development, pricing tools, and Statements of Work (SoWs).
  • Ensure that account planning templates are established at the project's inception.
  • Develop case studies tailored from project initiation to completion.
  • Participate in consultant delivery meetings and client discussions to gather updates for client progress reports (both onsite and virtual).
  • Prepare and format all Client Services reports and templates.
  • Maintain and update the internal risk register for Client Services.
  • Establish live project folders and ensure effective document management.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of project Associates.
  • Assist with business reporting for Client Services (e.g., identifying accounts with Client Services in place, RAG status, etc.).
  • Coordinate and uphold quality assurance processes, including document management.
  • Ensure relevant systems (CRM & PSA) are updated to maintain data integrity for reporting purposes.
