About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Relationship Support Specialist to join our team at Quilter. As a key member of our Client Relationship team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Financial Planners and Paraplanners in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare high-quality client meeting packs and application forms in readiness for client meetings.
  • Process and submit new business as per the advice being recommended, using appropriate systems and provider platforms.
  • Manage client cases and ensure advice is implemented correctly, while keeping clients up to date with progress.
  • Communicate with clients consistently and regularly to provide updates on their applications and obtain necessary information.
  • Handle client queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Administer and maintain client records in our in-house system and manage cash accounts with third-party product providers.
Requirements:
  • Highly organized and proactive individual with excellent written skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize workload independently and take ownership and responsibility of it.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Experience within the financial planning industry is desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in using Microsoft packages.
