REPORTS TO: Area Branch Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

The role is pivotal in assisting the branch to achieve its sales targets by providing exceptional customer service to current clients and by attracting and retaining new clients through the development and enhancement of client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recognizes and seeks out sales prospects through client referrals, internal networks of the Bank, corporate partnerships, and personal connections.

Ensures outstanding customer service by promptly addressing all inquiries and correspondence; cultivates robust customer relationships and actively endorses the Bank as the preferred choice for banking solutions.

  • Maintains the highest standards of customer service and care, ensuring that customer inquiries and issues are resolved swiftly and effectively, and where necessary, referred to the appropriate department on behalf of the client.

Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing clients through regular communication, whether via phone or in-person meetings, while continuously building relationships.

  • Creates and sustains a welcoming, professional, and service-focused environment within the banking area.

Supports the branch's growth initiatives by promoting and participating in business development and sales activities.
