REPORTS TO: Area Branch Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

The primary aim is to support the branch in achieving its sales targets by providing exceptional customer service to current clients and by acquiring and retaining new clients through the development and enhancement of client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recognizes and actively seeks sales opportunities through client referrals, internal networks, corporate connections, and personal relationships.

Ensures outstanding customer service by promptly addressing all inquiries and communications, fostering robust customer relationships, and promoting the Bank as the preferred choice for banking services.

  • Maintains the highest standards of customer care, ensuring that queries and complaints are resolved quickly and effectively, and where necessary, referred to the appropriate department on behalf of the client.

Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to cross-sell products and services to existing clients through regular communication and ongoing relationship management.

  • Creates and sustains a welcoming, professional, and service-oriented environment within the banking area.

Supports the branch's business growth initiatives by promoting and participating in business development and sales events.
