We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist to become part of our National Distribution Center's team. This role involves direct interaction with Baxter clients across various product lines and service channels. You will work closely with our clients to address concerns and aim to provide a customer-centric, supportive experience through innovative problem-solving and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage orders for healthcare facilities, address client complaints, and cultivate positive internal relationships.

- Deliver thoughtful and empathetic solutions tailored to each client, enhancing their experience with Baxter.

- Process patient orders for healthcare providers.

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure exceptional service delivery to Baxter's clients and patients.

Qualifications:

- GCSE Level Standard Education.

- Self-driven, inquisitive, and eager to learn, demonstrating a growth mindset.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, adapting to change and ambiguity while exercising sound judgment in decision-making.
