The Human Resources department at SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an exciting ER Specialist opportunity to join a well-established organisation based in Northamptonshire.

This is starting as a contract role, however, for the right person, it may have an opportunity to extend to a permanent role due to exciting growth plans of the business and HR department.

Your main focus will be supporting Employee Relations responsibilities, however, you will still be involved in a wide variety of HR Generalist tasks and will work closely with the HR Business Partners and their customer groups in order to provide a dynamic and professional HR service across services and support the delivery of people strategies for your customers.

You will need to be confident managing a high volume case workload, and have the ability to understand each individual case, and provide the correct customer with guidance, support and knowledge of the best way to resolve each matter.

The successful candidate will want to continue to build their ER experience, and need to come from either an Employee Relations, Advisory, Generalist or Officer background to be able to hit the ground running, and able to keep up with the high workload.

You will also need to have a strong understanding of Employment Law and best practice, and have the ability to build relationships and deliver excellent communication at all levels.


Our client offers an excellent enhanced benefits package, and a great salary up to GBP40,000.
