Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee data, including personnel files, benefits, and payroll information.
  • Process and track employee tickets in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data in line with retention guidance.
  • Work closely with peers and colleagues to identify risks, issues, and consistency in our HR processes.
  • Validate data in our HR system, including new hires, terminations, transfers, and salary changes.

Requirements

  • Experience in an HR-related role, with a minimum of 1 year in a shared service environment for a large, complex organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, GDPR, and contractual law.
  • Able to work at pace and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
