Responsibilities as the Client Relations Supervisor:

  • Oversee a small team of hire coordinators, engaging in equipment sales and rentals.
  • As a Hire Supervisor, you will manage customer inquiries via phone and email, coordinating the rental and return of machinery.
  • Provide support for the manager and senior team to ensure all operations run smoothly.
  • Follow up on all quotes or inquiries to optimize business opportunities and secure additional hire options.
  • This position offers a pathway to advance into higher leadership roles, with the opportunity to learn from and support colleagues.

Qualifications for Success as a Client Relations Supervisor:

Ideal candidates may have prior experience in roles such as Office Manager, Office Supervisor, Team Leader, Hire Manager, Customer Service Manager, Hire Supervisor, or Hire Desk Manager. Familiarity with the hire sector, including Heavy Plant, Accommodation Hire, Vehicle Hire, Generator Hire, HVAC, Powered Access, Tools, or Plant Hire (such as Scissor Lifts, Diggers, Excavators, Cherry Pickers, and construction-related equipment) is advantageous.

Note that experience in office supervision or management is essential for this role, regardless of team size. We welcome applications from individuals with relevant backgrounds.
