The primary duties of the Accounts Payable Specialist include:

4. Effectively manage inquiries from vendors and internal teams.
5. Maintain accurate records in the Accounts Payable system.
6. Support the broader Finance and Accounting team as needed.
7. Comply with company policies and procedures consistently.

Candidate Profile

A successful Accounts Payable Specialist should possess:

- A solid educational background, ideally in Finance or Accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- A proactive mindset towards problem-solving and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable or Purchase Ledger is essential.
