About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a Sales and Administrative Coordinator, you will provide exceptional support and administrative services to our Sales Department, ensuring the efficient processing of new, used, and fleet vehicle orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales Department, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Order Processing: Ensure the efficient processing of new, used, and fleet vehicle orders, including coordinating with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Customer Service: Deal efficiently with customer requests and queries, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
  • Process Efficiency: Help retailers achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in computer programs, including Excel, and an efficient typist.
  • Experience: 1 year of previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator is essential, with experience within a main dealership in the Motor Trade required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Organizational Skills: Well-organized, efficient, and with a keen eye for attention to detail.
