About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Hireo. As a key member of our sales operations, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales Director and two Sales Executives in ensuring the smooth running of sales processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and travel with precision, serving as the right-hand person to the Sales Director.
  • Handle email and communication flow, ensuring timely and professional correspondence.
  • Assist Sales Executives with lead generation, follow-ups, and quotes, driving sales performance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage post-sales events, maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Organize impactful sales and marketing events, conferences, and corporate functions, showcasing attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with key contacts, acting as a liaison between the sales team, other staff members, and client stakeholders.
  • Identify and solve potential issues, streamlining processes and optimizing event management.
  • Stay on top of multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
  • Utilize office software and tech tools efficiently, continuously seeking process improvements.
Requirements
  • UK residency and eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Experience in a full-time, fast-paced administrative role.
  • Stellar organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and phone skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software and fast, accurate typing.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
