We are seeking a highly skilled Invoice Administrator to join our team at Healix in Esher. As a key member of our Invoice Processing team, you will be responsible for handling all incoming post, scanning, and allocating to our proprietary Case Management System (CMS). Your primary duties will include:
- Efficiently handling all incoming post, scanning, and allocating to the CMS system to avoid a backlog.
- Allocating all post, including invoices, to the correct case, member, and client.
- Dealing with provider queries or requests related to payment queries or outstanding payments.
- Handling all provider payment queries received in-line with agreed service standards, member benefit limits, and policy terms and conditions.
- Managing IPT administration reminders and outstanding actions.
- Maintaining and documenting accurate records within the Case Management System, including all invoice or claim-related payments and all communication with members and providers.
Key Requirements
- Aptitude to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
- MS Office experience, with a strong focus on Microsoft packages.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
