About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Invoice Processor/Coordinator to join our team at Healix International. As a key member of our Government Contracts team, you will be responsible for processing all invoices quickly, efficiently, and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Check high-cost invoices with the Medical Team to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with overseas providers
  • Collaborate with the internal Finance team to ensure timely payment of invoices
  • Maintain a tidy and organized inbox, free of backlogs

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in an administrative or finance role
  • Knowledge or experience in invoice checking and approval
  • Competency in Excel
  • Experience with Access Dimensions is an advantage
