Customer Service Administrator, Permanent Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Elevation Recruitment Group. As a key member of our Business Support division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the manufacturing industry.

The role of Customer Services Administrator will include:

  • Responding to and managing customer contact regarding complaints, queries and products
  • Actively managing any issues and escalating immediately where necessary - managing customer expectations through clearly explaining the situation, next steps and potential outcomes
  • Demonstrating effective relationship building with sub-contractors and site teams and throughout the company

The ideal Customer Service Administrator will have the following knowledge and experience:

  • Evidence of providing an exceptional customer service
  • An excellent and professional telephone manner, along with good written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the manufacturing industry

• Manage customer contact and respond to complaints, queries and products

• Actively manage any issues and escalate immediately where necessary

• Build effective relationships with sub-contractors and site teams

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
