This temporary position requires an experienced Interim Head Teacher PA who can provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Finance within a financial services organisation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Finance
  • Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other documents
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders
  • Assist in the planning and organisation of financial events
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Perform any other duties as required by the Head of Finance

Requirements

A successful Interim PA should have:

  • A strong background in administrative or secretarial support roles
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • A keen attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality
