This temporary position requires an experienced Interim Head Teacher PA who can provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Finance within a financial services organisation.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Finance
- Manage diaries, organise meetings and appointments
- Prepare reports, letters, and other documents
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Maintain effective communication with staff, clients, and stakeholders
- Assist in the planning and organisation of financial events
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Perform any other duties as required by the Head of Finance
Requirements
A successful Interim PA should have:
- A strong background in administrative or secretarial support roles
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A keen attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- The ability to maintain confidentiality
Benefits
