Position Overview

Part-time Role: 15 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to become a vital member of our administrative team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player, capable of working independently while delivering high-quality administrative assistance to our healthcare teams.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a full range of administrative and secretarial support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Electronic Patient Records (EPR) systems, specifically SystmOne.
  • Creating documents using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Drafting patient correspondence.
  • Organizing meetings, including minute-taking.
  • Handling procurement tasks and general administrative duties such as filing and photocopying.

The candidate must maintain confidentiality while demonstrating the ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively, and collaborate within a team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines are essential.

Work Schedule

The working hours for this position are Thursday and Friday, totaling 15 hours per week.
