Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative, procedural, and secretarial support to the Pensions Administration Team and other departments as needed.
  • Assist with the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring efficient scanning and indexing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service.
  • Support various data verification initiatives to enhance the quality of information within our administration systems.
  • Verify member information by referencing databases and collaborating with external providers.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, demonstrating a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • A Level 2/3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage workload.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in a variety of IT tools.
