Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and manage utility supplier contracts and prices
  • Deal with internal and external queries on all property matters
  • Administer property registers, including utilities, council taxes, and service charge costs
  • Review and record expenditure, and allocate costs to respective properties
  • Manage accounts and VAT, and obtain maintenance quotations and estimates
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of property management administration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
