Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Specialist in our Extra Care Scheme in Welshpool. As a Care Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to deliver a high standard of care and support, enabling them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Support clients with daily living tasks, such as shopping and meal preparation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements:
