Dyfed CCTV is part of the Dyfed Telecom group. Headquartered out of Kidwelly, Carmarthenshire, but with offices in North & Mid Wales. Dyfed CCTV provides a wide range of CCTV, Alarm & additional security services for homes, farms and other businesses all across Wales and beyond.

As our Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:

- Incoming / Outgoing calls
- Organising engineers diaries
- Quoting / Invoicing
- Stock Ordering
- Monitoring and chasing payments from customers
- Following up on actions agreed and further supporting our creators.
- Taking a 'promise to pay'.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Ensuring disputes are recorded accurately
- Ensure Direct Debits Collections are managed in accordance with the Direct Debit scheme.
- Running a sales script and making sure leads are manually added to CRM.
- Liaising with the Sales team to make sure you are across all payments and correspondence related to payments.
- Any additional adhoc tasks as directed by the leaders.
