**Human Resources Officer**

Invertek Drives is a rapidly growing global organisation, dedicated to developing and manufacturing cutting edge technologies for integration into future generations of our world renowned Optidrive product range.

An opportunity has arisen now due to our rapid expansion to expand the HR Team. The role will be based in our HQ Welshpool reporting to the HR Manager, please note this role is office based.

**Purpose**

The role will report directly to the HR Manager and will provide support to, and with the responsibility for all HR related tasks.

**Hours of Work**

40 hours between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, part time may be considered.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity at all times
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Collaborative team player in UK and with our European counterparts
- Undertake European travel to meetings when required
- Work closely with the Training Manager and Payroll/Finance Team
- Preparing a wide range of documents, maintain records and full administrative support
- Participate in meetings/note taking, recruitment
- Participate in the resolution of any workplace conflicts
- Respond to queries and requests
- Assist with HR initiatives and much more
- Have had at least 2-3 years of experience in a HR Role
- CIPD qualification (or working towards)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Have an interest in people

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
