An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Welshpool Agency.

**About the role**:
As a Customer Services Adviser within our growing team, you will play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and our customers are always happy.
- Initially you will provide sales and service for personal lines customers. As you gain more experience, we will train you in our Commercial products so that you can assist our business customers.
- Provide exceptional administrative support, including reviewing and processing policy renewals.
- Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of NFU Mutual General Insurance products.
- Spot opportunities to introduce customers to our Financial Adviser.
- Maintain customer relationships, to enhance and protect NFU Mutual’s reputation and brand.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**About You**:

- Professional, hardworking with an attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude
- A confident and effective communicator, both verbal and written
- Great organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
- Customer Service and/or Sales experience is desirable; however insurance experience is not essential.
- Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and able to adapt to company systems
- Minimum requirement of 5 GCSE’s grade 4 / C or above which must include English and Maths.
