Job Title: Administrative Support Officer
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Montgomeryshire Homes Ltd is a leading house building company in the Welshpool area. We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis.
About the Role:
- Managing contractors' insurance policies, ensuring they are current and valid.
- Collaborating with colleagues in the creation and updating of risk and method statements.
- Assisting in the procurement of materials and contractors through tender processes and placing orders under guidance.
- Handling phone enquiries from potential home buyers and providing relevant information.
- Coordinating and managing snagging reports, liaising with contractors to resolve issues promptly.
- Providing support across various projects as required.
About You:
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and email management tools.
- Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous but not essential.
- A valid driver's license and access to transportation may be required for occasional local travel.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
