Administrative Support Coordinator for Montgomeryshire Homes

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support to our Managing Director at Montgomeryshire Homes Ltd. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contractors' insurance policies to ensure they are current and valid.
  • Collaborate in the creation and updating of risk and method statements.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and contractors through tender processes and place orders under the guidance of the directors.
  • Handle phone enquiries from potential home buyers and provide relevant information.
  • Coordinate and manage snagging reports, liaising with contractors to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Handle phone enquiries and bookings for our sister company, a Readymix concrete business.
  • Provide general office support and assist across various projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and email management tools.
  • Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software is advantageous but not essential.
  • A valid driver's license and access to transportation may be required for occasional local travel or errands.
