About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to coordinate our therapeutic community programs. As Therapeutic Community Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and providing support to our staff and residents.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the delivery of therapeutic community programs
  • Maintaining accurate records of children's files, reports, and communication with external agencies
  • Collaborating with management to achieve organizational goals and provide high standards of care
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Organizing stimulating activities to enable young people to achieve
  • Maintaining children's files, collating reports, and communicating with external agencies
  • Familiarizing with fire procedures, health and safety matters, and implementing procedures as necessary
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in social work or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work on a shift basis and maintain confidentiality

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
