We are looking for a reliable and empathetic Supportive Home Carer to join our team at Abacare Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

About the Opportunity

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in people's lives by assisting with daily tasks, personal care, and medication management. You will work collaboratively with our experienced team to develop and implement individual care plans that meet each client's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Assisting with meal preparation and serving
  • Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Accompanying clients on outings and social events

We require you to have a strong caring attitude, excellent communication skills, and be physically able to perform the demands of the role. A valid DBS certificate is also necessary.
