New Reflexions Children's Residential Care Worker

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team at New Reflexions. As a Children's Residential Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily support to vulnerable young individuals with emotional and behavioural difficulties, helping them to overcome their challenges and achieve their full potential. Our team provides a safe and supportive environment for these young people, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Children's Residential Service. You will assist with daily activities such as education and life skills, and maintain accurate records of individual progress and well-being. Some of the benefits of working with us include:
  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
  • Fully paid 2 week induction training including First Aid Level 3.
  • Free access to 5 holiday homes throughout the UK.
  • All compliance checks are fully funded.

Requirements: Full UK manual driving Licence; passionate about helping children; able to get to a rural work location; able to complete a rota pattern with sleep-ins. The post holder has the responsibility to adhere to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedure.
