New Reflexions is a childcare organisation dedicated to offering care, education, and therapy services to young people who have encountered trauma. Our Children's Residential Service provides therapeutic placements for individuals aged between 10 and 18 years, catering to both short-term and long-term needs.

The role of the Children's Residential Care Worker involves providing daily support to vulnerable young individuals with emotional and behavioural difficulties. This includes assisting with daily activities such as education and life skills. We are seeking care workers who are calm, conscientious, and compassionate, capable of tending to the daily requirements of our young people.

We offer a comprehensive paid two-week in-person training program for all new staff members. After completing your training, you will become familiar with your role by meeting your team, attending a house meeting, and shadow shifts. This will help you ease into your duties. Essential Requirements: Full UK manual driving Licence; passionate about helping children; able to get to a rural work location; able to complete a rota pattern with sleep-ins. The post holder has the responsibility to adhere to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedure.
