Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Community Mental Health Specialist to join our team based in Welshpool.
The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing specialist assessment, treatment, and care to individuals with severe and enduring mental health difficulties within the local community.

Main Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide comprehensive care to service users.

- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of effective multidisciplinary care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, statutory agencies, and voluntary organizations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in training and professional development activities to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date with best practices.
Requirements
- Registered Mental Health Professional with relevant qualifications and experience.
- Excellent communication, engagement, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of research-based and evidence-based interventions, including trauma-informed care.
- Advanced knowledge of mental health legislation, law, and practice.
Working Environment
The post offers a competitive salary of £38,179 - £45,027 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
