The successful candidate will contribute to implementing clinical care packages, promoting health and wellbeing, and providing nursing care. Estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Summary

The post holder will work within a secure environment, interacting with substance misuse and mental health colleagues, voluntary organisations, medical staff, team leaders, psychiatrists, professionals allied to health, families, and relatives. They must comply with Kaleidoscope policies and protocols, maintaining safe practice and a clean working environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, able to convey complex or sensitive information with empathy and understanding. They will also be responsible for reporting accidents, violent incidents, and complaints according to agreed policies and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent time management and organisation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team. You will be required to participate in mandatory training relating to healthcare and the prison environment.
