We are seeking a Home Care Support Worker to join our team at Advantage Healthcare in Welshpool. As a valued member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our service users who live independently in one location.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing compassionate care and making a real difference in people's lives. You will be working as part of a dedicated team to support our service users with their daily needs, including personal care, medication management, and household tasks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be able to build strong relationships with our service users. While prior social care experience is not necessary, we do require a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.

What We Offer

As a Home Care Support Worker with Advantage Healthcare, you can expect a competitive salary of £18,500 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, and access to our benefits and wellbeing platform.
