We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Worker to join our team at Abacare Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by supporting them with daily tasks, personal care, and medication management. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement individual care plans that cater to each client's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities
  • Assisting with meal preparation and serving
  • Helping with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Accompanying clients on outings and social events

In addition to your caring nature, we require you to have excellent communication skills, be physically able to perform the demands of the role, and hold a valid DBS certificate.
