Specialist Mechanic

Job Overview:
P4P Motors are looking for an experienced and self-managing mechanic with experience in major diagnostics correlating to Engine Installations, Gearbox Replacements and other general supply and fit requirements. P4P motors are offering our customers the service of supply and fit for all large-scale purchases to ensure that installation and quality standards are met. Parts4pickups supplies the vehicle part and P4P motors conducts the install offering a specialist service and warranty.
P4P motors specialises in Nissan and Pickup vehicles offering a tailored experience in supply and fit for vehicles within the Nissan and pickup family.
**Duties**:
- Conduct investigation and report an estimated timeframe and operational process in supply and fit for P4P motors. Assisting in a service contract for supply and fit work
- Communicate with Administration any delays, problems or amendments with the supply and fit service contract.
- Develop a working relationship with the P4P family assisting where required with our other business operations in vehicle breaking and parts sales.
- Maintain the P4P workshop and report any faults or improvement methods to the Compliance Manager.
- Tutor and overseeing of the site apprentice, elevating the apprentices experience and reporting progress back to the compliance Manager.
- Communicate with local supplier Marks autos for service kits, replacement parts.
- Conduct mechanical replacements for Major replacements of parts mainly involving Engines and Gearboxes.
- Establish communication with the administrator to ensure progress reports are issued and customer is given updates relating to remedial works for approval.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ Years experience as a Mechanic
- Strong Experience in Engine Diagnostics and Installation
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and engines
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment
- Developed communication skills for Customer and B2B environments

All Applicants Must have a Full UK Driving license, Own Tools and the right attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
