Position: Care Assistant Trainee

Location: Wellington Lodge, Manchester

Join us as a Care Assistant Trainee, where you will embark on a fulfilling journey in the care sector. This role is designed for individuals aged 16 and above, and you will be instrumental in delivering tailored care and assistance to our residents, ensuring they enjoy independence in personal care, dining, and recreational activities. Your compassionate presence will provide comfort and support to those in need.

No prior experience in care is necessary, as we offer extensive training and development opportunities. Whether your interests lie in care, housekeeping, catering, or activities, we provide on-the-job apprenticeship training to equip you for success. You will work towards completing a Level 2 Adult Care Worker diploma apprenticeship.
