Your Responsibilities:

As a Catering Assistant Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, assisting with food preparation, presentation, and ensuring high standards of culinary excellence. You will collaborate with seasoned chefs, gaining valuable insights into crafting exquisite dishes for a range of events.

Training and Development:

Our apprenticeship program is tailored to cultivate your skills and set you on a successful career path in catering. You will benefit from hands-on training and mentorship from experienced culinary professionals.

Additionally, you will work towards achieving the Level 2 Production Chef qualification, with a focus on enhancing your Maths and English skills.
