**Responsibilities**:

- Once fully trained, your primary function will be dealing with import clearances with our external agent to ensure raw materials and finished products are able to enter the Country without delay.Using SAP, you will be raising process orders and completing tanker deliveries to ensure that material movements are completed and stocks are accurate and customers are invoiced on time.
- You will assisting with MRP planning and have a great deal of interaction with the other process administrators and production teams to ensure stocks are made and transferred to our third party warehouse facility.
- You will liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure all goods are ordered and received on time together with know what corrective steps are needed / required when problems arise.
- You will work with other team members and hauliers to ensure that drivers are booked into and off site.
- In addition, you will be involved in other projects as requested by the Process Admin Supervisor on an ad-hoc basis.

**Experience**:

- A highly motivated self-starter, you are able to work well in a multidisciplinary team or own your own initiative and be logical thinking and service minded.
- Ideally, a working knowledge of Supply Chain or an awareness.
- You will have strong IT skills with the ability to work with SAP S4 HANA and all MS Office packages.
- The ability to prioritise your workload and manage internal departments expectations is essential.
- You will have an awareness of import and export procedures and the documentation requirements.
- You will have good organisational, interpersonal and team working skills.

**Salary and Benefits**:
Salary in the region of £25,000 per annum dependent on experience. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
